Feeling strong!
I've finally reached a stage where I'm eating healthily but not super strict.
A place where I can eat like this for the rest of my life.
What a "lekker" place to be!!
Plus, I'm loosing weight - little bits at a time, but it's coming off with out too much effort.
Here's my recipe for now:
Run 6 x a week = 60km's
Breakfast cereal / toast for breakfast
5 x Almond nuts and an apple for 10 am snack
Depending on my running, but lunch is a sandwich or some fruit and yogurt
Again almonds and an apple for 4pm snack
And what ever I've made for dinner (in moderation).
Bam!!
Easy-peasy!
I weigh 60.7kg's now.
I've lost 5kg's since December.
Hoping to keep on dropping.
Will keep you posted.
