Day 53

While the day was still tough, it is getting slightly easier again... And the clean eating is even better than ever before. I don't think I've eaten this clean at such a high percentage throughout the challenge, as I have in this last 4 days! Well, praise the Lord for that! Breakfast was, as a Usn eating plan recommends it: glass of skin milk, a frozen banana, coco powder and a scoop of protien powder-smoothie. And it tasted awesome! Morning snack, again as per recommendation, was only half a meal replacement shake (they recommend a full portion). Lunch was my own: wrap with avo, feta, lettuce, sweet chillie sauce and basil. Afternoon snack was the other half of the meal replacement shake. And dinner was my own again: chicken salad. I also started stretching the time between meals from every 2 hours to 2 and a half, to 2and 3-quarter of an hour between meals. Which did me well before dinner, as I wasn't as hungry as normal. Last night's speed session I worked like there was gonna be no tomorrow!! We did 5 x 400m sprints with 2min's rest between each. Then a 3min rest. And then 5 x 200m sprints with again 2min's rest in between every sprint. I was so exhausted afterwards! And my body still feels it... But hopefully all worth it!
