Day 60
Another write-off. It's because my head is at two places at least. The winelands half marathon is tomorrow, so I didn't want to do too much or eat too little. And if there's no focus it makes a cheat so much easier! Yesterday I went for my annual health and fitness assessment. And the most upsetting part, was that my upper body fat is at 23%!!! Compared to atleast a 19%. I weigh 2kg's more also. That bit's not SO upsetting since I've been eating so badly this week. So after I left my assessment I went for a whole bag of biscuits, chips, fudge, chocolate... I think that was the lot. I skipped dinner and was actually nauseous - duh!! So starting afresh with clean eating and want to push it all to the max next week!! Not long anymore before this challenge is over... And I'm thinking, I'm gonna cheat with only one thing per day when I'm done here. And during the holiday I'll run 3 times a week... Need to start planning all of this!
