Day 67
Today has been better... I'm still not a hundred, but way better than the other days. I went to the gym and did weights - legs and abs. But my abs is lekker stiff tonight. Which is a great feeling, since I can't remember when last I felt stiff!! I had my breakfast smoothie for breakfast. 7 Oliver and 3 provitas for morning snack. Chicken and vege for lunch. Broccoli and 3 provitas again for afternoon snack. I was a bit tired and skipped the speed-session with our athletics club. And then dinner i messed up a bit. I made chicken wraps for dinner. I had one. But then I had the same topping on a slice of bread. Plus one block of chocolate... I comfort myself with the thought that at least it's much better than the previous days!!
