Day 57
Today was a struggle... The year is coming to an end and things are picking up speed. And when ever I can't cope, I normally turn to a great comfort...food. So I had to battle it out within myself and cope. But, at the end of the day it'll be worth it! The only down side was dinner...the weekly schedule of what our fridge should contain has been poorly miraclatlated, unfortunately by me...and dinner wasn't as clean as it could've been, had I planned my week food-wise a bit better... I went for a 7km jog this morning. Then had my skim milk, banana, protien and coco smoothie for breakfast. Snack was half a diet fuel shake (which I keep on refering to as a meal replacement shake). Lunch was half a chicken salad and a bit of steamed sweet potatoe. Snack was the other half of the Diet fuel shake. Then we joined the athletics club for some hill training, that was more of a speed work session with a minor hill in it! Short, but fun and I'm sure it was effective! Dinner was a bit of everything in my house... Wrap with avo, feta, cucumber, carrot and olive oil over it. Plus a table spoon of peanut butter, two cups of black herbal tea and two rusks. :-) Oh, and a few spoons full of sweet corn. Will plan better tomorrow!
