Day 56

It was totally worth it all! Pain and suffering from not giving in to some yummies...all worth it!! So, I took my measurements this morning and I was 2cm's smaller everywhere apart from my abdoman. But that my challenge for this week...you're going down little old bump on my mid-section!!! My body fat and weight's also down, so I had a glass of wine and cherry before lunch in celebration. Breakfast was pronutro with skim milk and a scoop of protien powder. Snack was chillie bites. Lunch was way unhealthy but delicious cooking by my awesome husband! Chicken in sauce, rice, sweet-sweet potatoe and fried potatoes! Yum! Dinner was a chicken salad. Oh, and my evening snack was 2 rusks... I went to the gym for 45min's and did some ab and leg weights.
