Day 52
And it went well - I mean, the result was a good clean eating day.
Not that was easy at all...although easier than yesturday.
I went for a 10km run with my partner - nice and easy one.
Then I had a banana, water and protien powder mix.
Breakfast was 3-quarter cup of oats with a teaspoon of peanutbutter (yum!)
Mid-morning snack was a green apple.
(Meanwhile thinking of cookies every hour or so.)
Lunch was a feta, avo, lettuce and basil wrap.
Afternoon snack was 2 rice cakes.
Dinner was chicken and vedge.
I also had 8 glasses of water during the day.
And went to the gym for 20min's of arm-weights and ab exercises.
I emailed USN and asked them about my eating plan...
The man was practically frantic and said I ate the wrong type of carbs and way too much fruit!!
He directed me to one of their meal plans...I'll start doing this from next week on, because there's too much food that'll be wasted in my fridge.
