Day 68
...And still going on (or at least trying). This has been looong!! Too long for me... You think 3months is gonna fly by - WRONG! It's nearly a hundred days!!! It flies by when you're doing here a bit and there a bit, but try being constant in one thing for a hundred days... It's almost making me nuts! So today was almost the same as yesterday: 90% perfect. I did 60 push-ups and 40 dips. (And almost keeled over and died!) Then had my breakfast smoothie. Morning snack was home-made hummus with 3 provitas. Lunch was chicken and sweet potatoe. Snack was the same as in the morning. Dinner was super late: 100g steak and salad. We were at an athletics function... I held up super well between the alcoholic beverages and snaaks. But then I got a prize made out of sweets, and I gobbledd it up in 2 seconds! And after dinner I let all resistance crumble with 3 chocolate brownie biscuits!
